🌍 Shipping Zones

We currently ship to the following countries:
EU members: France, Belgium, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Czech Republic
Non-EU Europe: United Kingdom, Switzerland
America: Canada, Chile, USA
DOM-TOM: Guadeloupe, Martinique, La Réunion, Mayotte

Relay point delivery is available only in France, subject to logistical compatibility (parcel size, weight, accessibility).

📦 Carriers

Carriers are automatically selected based on real-time rates and availability (e.g., La Poste, Colissimo, Mondial Relay, UPS, etc.). No specific carrier is guaranteed in advance.

💸 Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on parcel weight, destination, and selected delivery method.
  • If any exceptional charges apply (e.g., remote area or oversized package), we may contact you by email for confirmation before shipment.

📦 Delivery & Tracking

  • You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
  • A tracking link may be available in your customer account or in your order notes.
  • Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.
  • Parcels may be delivered to a mailbox, relay point, or directly to the recipient depending on logistical constraints.

🧾 Taxes & Customs Duties

  • Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees applied by local authorities.
  • These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Tougouchev Igor / TOURSEKEV disclaims any liability for taxes or fees applied by customs authorities.

📛 Import Responsibility

  • Certain products (e.g., airsoft accessories) may be restricted or prohibited depending on the destination country's legislation.
  • It is the customer's sole responsibility to check local import laws before placing an order.
  • If the parcel is blocked, seized, or destroyed by customs, no refund will be issued, except as a goodwill gesture at the seller’s discretion.

⚠ By placing an order, the buyer expressly agrees to the above conditions and confirms compliance with their local laws.

🕒 Processing Times

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Paris time) are generally processed within 48 business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • An additional delay of up to 7 days may apply in case of stock shortages, high order volume, or technical issues. Customers will be notified in case of significant delay.

🔄 Unclaimed / Refused Packages

If a package is returned due to refusal or non-collection, only the product price will be refunded. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Reshipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

🚨 Damaged or Lost Packages

The customer has up to 14 days after receipt to report a lost or damaged package. Evidence (e.g., photos, written declaration) may be required. Claims submitted after this period will be denied.

📉 Force Majeure & Exceptional Delays

Delivery times are estimates only. No refund shall be granted in cases of strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, wars, or other force majeure events. If no solution has been found within 1.5 months after shipment, the customer may request:

  • A full refund (excluding confirmed deliveries), or
  • A reshipment (a new delivery period then starts).

⚠ If the carrier confirms delivery (proof of delivery available), no refund will be issued.

📆 Temporary Shipping Suspension

Shipments may be suspended without prior notice due to maintenance, holidays, or logistical issues. Whenever possible, information will be posted on our website or sent by email, but without obligation.

✅ Acceptance

By placing an order on www.toursekev.com, the customer:

  • Fully accepts this shipping policy without reservation,
  • Acknowledges their responsibility regarding import regulations in their country,
  • Waives any claim contrary to the conditions listed above.
