🚚 Delivery Tracking & Timeframes
Delivery times are indicative and start from the date of shipment.
They may vary depending on the carrier, time period (holidays, strikes, etc.) or destination.
ℹ️ For international deliveries, several tracking numbers may appear depending on the delivery stages or local carriers.
📦 If your parcel's tracking has not been updated for more than 7 days, please inform us.
We will contact the carrier and keep you informed as soon as possible.
✅ If 45 days after shipment your order is still not delivered and tracking remains unchanged for more than 7 days, we will refund the full amount of your order within 14 days of your report.
⚠️ However, if a tracking update occurs during this 14-day period, the refund will be suspended, and a new 14-day period will start from the date of that update.
If the order is still not delivered after this new period, the refund will be issued.
🛃 Customs Fees by Country
Orders are shipped from France.
-✅ European Union: No customs duties.
-⚠️ Non-EU Europe (Norway, United Kingdom, Switzerland): Customs duties may apply upon delivery.
-⚠️ Americas (Canada, United States, Chile): Import taxes or customs duties may be charged by the carrier.
-⚠️ French overseas territories (DOM-TOM): Treated as non-EU destinations. Customs duties or “octroi de mer” may apply.
⚠️Customs fees are non-contractual and must be checked by the customer before ordering.
United Kingdom: 20% VAT from £135 + handling fees.
Norway: 25% VAT with no threshold + fees depending on the carrier.
Switzerland: 7.7% VAT from 65 CHF + administrative fees.
United States: Fees from 1 USD. Amount varies depending on the goods.
Canada: Taxes from 20 CAD + brokerage fees.
Chile: Taxes from 30 USD.
DOM-TOM: Octroi de mer between 5% and 15% from €0 + possible charges.
📝 Modify an Order
Modifications are only possible before shipment.
Once your order has been shipped (tracking number generated), no changes can be made.
For any request (adding, removing, or replacing items), please contact us via the form with your order number.
📦 If an item is removed, you will be refunded.
🛒 For any addition or replacement, to ensure fast and error-free processing, we will offer to cancel your order so that you can place a new one with the correct items.
❗ Cancellation & Parcel Refusal
Orders can be modified or cancelled as long as they have not been shipped.
Once the parcel has been shipped (i.e. when a tracking number is generated), no cancellations or changes are possible.
If you refuse delivery or do not collect your parcel in time, it will be automatically returned to us.
In this case, the shipping and return costs will be at your expense and deducted from the refunded amount.
The refund will apply only to the price of the products, once the returned parcel is received in good condition.
⚠️ Please notify us if you refuse or were unable to receive the parcel.
Without information from you, we may not be aware of the return, and no refund can be guaranteed.

📦 Return & Refund
✅ You have 14 days after receipt to inform us of your wish to return.
Items must be :
_Unused,
_In perfect condition,
_And in their original packaging or equivalent.
📦 The shipping packaging (outer box) may be damaged or opened: this is not a reason for refusal if the product is intact.
🚚 Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in the case of our error or a defective product.
📬 Please contact us via the Contact page before any return, so we can guide you.
💰 The refund will be made within 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned product.
⚠️ In case of non-compliant return (damaged, used, or incorrect product), we may refuse the refund. If you return the wrong item, you may retrieve it at your own expense within 12 months. After this period, it may be destroyed.
📦 Please use tracked shipping. Without proof of delivery, no refund can be guaranteed.
🔧 Warranty & After-Sales Service
All our products come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects or abnormal mechanical malfunctions.
In case of a problem, please contact us via the contact form indicating :
_The order number,
_The product concerned,
_A clear description of the issue (with photos if possible).
📦 If the warranty is accepted, we will offer you the most suitable solution :
_Sending a replacement part,
_Or a return for repair or exchange.
Refund is not provided under this warranty.
❌ The warranty does not cover :
_Normal wear or drops,
_Misuse or modification of the product,
_Exposure to extreme temperatures or prolonged sun.
⚠️ Important :
If you choose to receive a replacement part, you will perform the installation at your own risk.
In case of return for repair or exchange, longer delays are to be expected.
If the returned product is incorrect or has been deliberately damaged, we will invite you to retrieve it at your expense. Without response within 12 months, the product may be considered abandoned.
📦 Damaged Parcel on Delivery
🔹 Parcel visibly damaged or opened ?
We recommend accepting it, taking photos immediately (parcel + content), and contacting us within 3 days.
This will allow us to quickly review the situation and offer you a suitable solution.
❗️If the parcel is refused without proof or prior verification, we cannot guarantee compensation, as no claim can be processed without concrete evidence.
🔹 In case of damaged product :
_Replacement part for quick repair,
_Return upon approval, subject to verification.
Our goal is to resolve any issue efficiently and transparently.
📦 Delivered Parcel Not Received
If the tracking indicates that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, we invite you to contact the carrier immediately to open a claim.
According to Article L.216-4 of the French Consumer Code, delivery is considered completed once the parcel is handed over to the address indicated in the order, even without a signature.
Once delivery is confirmed by the carrier, the seller’s responsibility ends, and we are not obliged to intervene in the claim.
👉 You may still contact us: if we have useful information, we will do our best to help you.
In case of persistent disagreement, we recommend reporting the theft to the carrier, or filing a complaint with the relevant authorities, stating: “parcel marked as delivered but not received”.

🔹 How to proceed?
To request the deletion of your customer account, please contact us via the Contact section and clearly state your request.
You will then receive an e‑mail at the address linked to your account. Simply reply with the statement:
« I confirm the deletion of my account. »
🔹 No longer have access to your e‑mail address?
In this case, we will ask for valid identification.
The information must exactly match the details recorded in your account.
Without this, the deletion cannot be processed.
⚠️ Stored data:
Only data linked to your customer account is deleted.
Information related to your orders, payments and deliveries is retained, as required by law (up to 10 years for tax and accounting purposes).
Data already transmitted to Shopify, carriers or our invoicing tool cannot be erased from their systems.
🧾 Sales to professionals
We are not subject to VAT. All our sales are made tax-free, in accordance with Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.
As such, we do not issue invoices with deductible VAT, including for businesses based in the European Union.
For structural and regulatory reasons, we do not offer professional collaboration (resale, distribution, wholesale, etc.) at this time.
If you are a professional with a specific request, you may still contact us. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, within the legal framework and our capabilities.
📁 3D files and discontinued products
We do not sell our 3D files, nor those of products or parts removed from our store.
This includes requests related to breakage or personal printing.
For reasons of intellectual property, quality and safety, file sharing is not possible.
